Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide.

Shipping methods and cost

Orders are sent via Australia Post or DHL. Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders. Available shipping options and costs are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing and delivery time

Because each item is made to order, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch for metro areas; regional and remote deliveries may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates. During busy periods, holidays or due to carrier delays, delivery may take longer than estimated.

Order tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking information usually updates in the carrier's system within one business day of dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel doesn't arrive or is damaged in transit, contact us at shazzastitch@gmail.com. We'll follow it up with the carrier and make sure you receive your item or a refund.

Incorrect address details

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (a re-delivery fee may apply).

Duties and taxes

Prices are in Australian dollars. Any GST that applies is shown at checkout. For any international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
