General

These terms apply to orders placed through this online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders and formation of contract

You order by adding products to your cart and confirming the order at checkout. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Please keep your order confirmation.

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was clearly incorrect, or the order cannot be fulfilled for another valid reason. If we cancel, we'll refund any amount paid in full.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed over a secure connection through certified payment providers, and your payment details are not stored on this site.

Returns

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to all orders. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind guarantee. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, you may contact your local consumer protection agency (for example, the relevant State/Territory Consumer Affairs or Fair Trading office, or the ACCC).
